The girls first day of school surprisingly for me contained mixed emotions. Mariah was as happy as a clam to finally attend the school with the pink milk. Mariah immediately made two new friends the first day, who apparently loved her artwork as well. Michaela on the other hand had some sort of assessment test which had concepts she couldn't grasp at the particular moment and she told me she didn't want to go to school anymore. Luckily that lasted only for the day, and the next day she had a much smoother go at it. Luckily, we got one photo of Mariah's first day from Elsie with one of her new friends.
